Traders Application Form

Thank you for applying to be one of our food traders. Please be aware that you must:

Hold a level 5 food hygiene rating and can provide us with a link to it on the Food Standards Agency website.

Have public liability insurance (valid for the duration of the event).

Have an up-to-date risk assessment.

If relevant, an up-to -ate fire risk assessment.

Proof of a suitable fire extinguisher for your activity (with certificate of testing).

If applicable, have hot water hand washing facilities.

If applicable, have a gas safety certificate.
